PAYMENT

Once we receive your order information, we will send you a Player Number and invoice by email. Please pay using the paypal button provided on completion of the form or send a cheque for £25 to Football Development and post 1st Class to Football Development USA, PO Box234, Dudley, DY2 0GY. You can expect to receive this invoice within 24 hours of submitting your order.
The total payment due must be received, via Paypal (Please Note: £3 admin fee added to paypal method) or cleared cheque funds, before you will be accepted on to the trial. If you have not received an invoice and player number you will not be allowed entry.
Football Development Ltd cannot be held responsible for late cheques or non-payment. It is your responsibility to make sure you have received your player number from us.
